The Rules of Yoga Practice
There are only two rules for your yoga practice;
The first is to do what feels good and right,
only what feels good and right.
The second is to have whatever experience is there for you.
Your ego, your seriousness,
your striving is not needed here.
You might find joy, fun, a sense of light.
It might be good, hard, soul-filling work.
Or you might find sadness, grief, despair,
wells of pain you didn't know existed inside you.
It doesn't matter.
Show up for the experience that is there for you,
And be in your body.
BE in your body.
